  • Contact/quote inquiries: typically kept for 60 months from last interaction, unless you become a customer.
  • CRM lead records: 60 months depending on business needs and legal obligations.
  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or we periodically refresh/suppress inactive contacts (60 months).
  • Cookie/analytics data: per vendor settings and your cookie choices.
